Once a month on a Friday evening it's VIP-night in Café De Kroeg Arnhem/Holland.
The VIP-nights are an initiative of bassplayer Willem Huetink in coöperation with Café De Kroeg. VIP stands for Vocal Illustrated Project and of course refers to 'Very Important Person'.
Supported by the VIP houseband a well known Dutch vocalist sings his or her most favourite repertoire.
The VIP-nights are a succes for over three years now and had many more or less famous Dutch vocalists as guests.
Every VIP-night is opened by the band, with a short set of rock-covers. After the break, the guest gets behind the microphone and the stage is all his/hers.
The VIP houseband is:
Floor Kraaijvanger, vocals; Ramon Rambeaux, drums; Han vd Essenburg, guitar; Jeroen Prinsen, keyboards and Willem Huetink, bass.
